GET OUT THE VOTE POSTER

Nothing is more important during an election than voting. This poster creates a fresh outlook on the idea of voting and how doing so can help mend America’s civic fabric, which essentially means to help repair the framework of society. 

The design takes on a traditional look that encompasses the true essence of American aesthetics. The colors were chosen to continue the theme of patriotism. The mending concept was enhanced visually by showing thread being woven with a needle as well as commonly used sewing tools. The word “VOTE” was embroidered to give off the impression that it was hand-sewed.
